First opening in 2014, BC Bistro has always focused on the guest experience. With a welcoming and accessible location, we pride ourselves on using quality ingredients in our made-from-scratch kitchen and offering friendly hospitality to our customers. Our menus offer a wide range of dishes and drinks curated to appeal to everyone from the pickiest eater to the family foodie. Current owners and longtime employees at the bistro, Will and Lindsay, purchased the restaurant from the original owners in 2023, allowing for an easy transition for the many restaurant regulars. Chef Will runs the kitchen, crafting everyone’s bistro favorites and creating new classics while Lindsay manages the bar and dining experience alongside our serving staff. We take a team mentality, and you will see every staff member lending a hand to ensure your visit is enjoyable and delicious. Many of our staff and regulars are longtime bistro friends, lending an air of familiarity and camaraderie to the restaurant atmosphere.
